What is EMI?
Eye Movement Integration is a set of processes and tools used to assist you to resolve problematic traumatic incidents, with a strong emphasis on keeping the process as content-free as practicable.
Content free really means there is very little requirement for you to discuss details of traumatic incidents that are often uncomfortable, embarrassing or have little if any effect in creating lasting change.
